Delete Your NeuroCare Path Account
How to request deletion
Enter the email address you use to sign in to NeuroCare Path and submit the form below. You can also email info@neurocarepath.com with the subject “Delete my account” from that address. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile (name, email, login), your tasks, reminders, medication and routine entries, self-assessment answers and reports, coach conversations, rewards and character progress, and notification settings.
What we may keep, and for how long
Records of payments and subscriptions that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years), and records of therapy consultation requests already sent to our partner, which are held under that partner’s own policies. Everything else is removed within 30 days of your request.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel first: on Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions; on the web, open Settings → Manage subscription in the app.
